Terms of Service for MailMagic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MailMagic (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MailMagic is an AI-powered email assistant that helps users craft professional emails, translate content, and summarize text. The App requires an internet connection to function.

3. User Account

To use MailMagic, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and process limited user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such data processing.

5. Subscription and Payments

MailMagic offers a 3-day free trial, followed by subscription options. Current pricing is:

• Monthly plan: $4.99 per month
• Annual plan: $39.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MailMagic or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase and RevenueCat. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate email content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending. MailMagic is not responsible for the consequences of using AI-generated content without review.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law
